Introduction/Diagnostic
My name is Jonathan Christopher Hill and I will describe myself to the class. I will discuss my background, my interests, and what I plan my future to be.
I am a native of Aiken County. I was born on November 20, 1984 in Aiken Regional Hospital. My parents are Donna Sue Hill of Augusta, Georgia, and Bruce Edward Hill Sr. of Aiken, South Carolina. I have to older brothers. Their names are Bruce Edward Hill Jr., who is in school to become a nurse, and Medwell William Hill, who is in the United States Army. I was raised on a farm most of my life, where I worked with my family. My family owned three different farms in Aiken County, in which, we earned shares into the family coorperation named the Flying "H" Farm. I attended school at Greendale Elementary for the grades K-5 through fifth, New Ellenton Middle for the grades sixth through eighth, and Silver Bluff for the grades ninth through twelfth. After graduating from high school I joined the United States Air Force, in which, I was discharge for having asthma. I am now working for Dollar Tree were I stock, help customers, and run a register. I also work at Chick-Fil-A were I do the prep work, cook, and run a cash register. I have started at University of South Carolina-Aiken for the spring semester were I am studying for a major in Business Administration-Marketing.
I am an active person. I like to play football with my friends. I played soccer for my high school. I box to stay in shape. I spend time with my family and friends when I have a chance. I watch college football on television, or go to the stadium at William-Brice to watch the Gamecocks. I am also into action, historical, and comedy movies. I have a Jack Russell named Skipper that I play with. I collect Civil War items from various places. I also hunted and fish during their seasons.
My future can change by the minute. At this time my future plans is to get my bachelors in Business Adminstration-Marketing. I would some day like to open up my own sporting goods store in Aiken County. I would like to buy a farm that would have horses and cattle. I also like to have a loving family with at least two children.
In conclusion, I come from a family that owns farms. I liked to watch television, playing sports, spending time with my family and friends, and spending time in the outdoors. My future plans are to open up my very on business, owned a farm, and have a nice loving family. I hope you enjoy my life.
